Mansfield Speedway announced their 2026 schedule last week to much fan fare. Owner Matt Tifft promised atleast another event or two would be added to the schedule to complete the 2026 season, specifically Dirt Late Models.
The first on-track action will be April 12th with a Test & Tune.
Saturday, May 2nd brings The “Comeback Classic” featuring the American Late Model Iron-Man Series, FAST 410 Sprints & UMP Modifieds taking the track in the triumphant return of this iconic track. The action doesn’t stop as Mansfield’s Night of Destruction follows on on Sunday, May 3rd.

Monster Trucks return to Mansfield May 8th and 9th for Monster Truck Mayhem.
The World of Outlaws Real American Beer Late Model Series heads to Mansfield for a two day show, Friday and Saturday, May 29-30th for the Inaugural 57 Special.

GR1DLOCK: Truck Fest takes to the track Friday, June 5th and Saturday, June 6th. It’s described as a “Truck show featuring tug-o-wars, hill climbs, truck games and so much more! High energy redneck fun”.
Sunday, June 14th brings Mansfield Speedway’s Big Muscle Cars & Coffee.

Mansfield Speedway’s Summer Sprint Car Opener closes out the month of June with a 2-day program Friday & Saturday, June 26-27. Both the FAST 410 Sprint Cars (winged) and BOSS Sprints (non-winged) will be competing.
July opens with Mansfield Speedway’s Freedom 250 Festival on Friday, July 3rd. Kicking off America’s 250th birthday with tractor pulls, live music, and lots of family fun. The Freedom 250 Festival returns on Saturday, July 4th with a full day of activities, starting with a classic car show in the morning, a hot dog eating competition, demolition derby, live music, rides, and more family fun.

Two days of Mansfield Speedway’s Arenacross July 10th and 11th bring a brand new event to Mansfield Speedway.
Mansfield Mini Mayhem featuring Legends & Go-Karts hits the track July 17th and 18th. Two days of GR1DLOCK Slide Fest featuring Sliding, burnouts, and a DJ hyping you up all night come to the facility July 25th and 26th.

Mansfield Speedway’s Open Wheel Championship closes out an action-packed month of July with the return of the FAST 410 Sprints, BOSS Sprint Cars and Modifieds racing a two day program.
Mansfield Speedway’s Trackside Throwdown, a country concert with acts to be announced soon entertains the crowd on August 8th.

The Super DIRTcar Series Big Block Special heads to Mansfield for the first time ever, Big Block Modifieds sliding around the 4/10 mile on Tuesday, August 11th.
GR1DLOCK Import Invasion invades Mansfield for two days August 15th and 16th.

The Great Lakes Super Sprints (360’s) visit Mansfield Speedway on August 28th before heading to Millstream Speedway to complete the Mansfield Speedway x Millstream Challenge Weekend.

The King of the Compacts (SCDRA) heads to Mansfield for the Rust Bowl Nationals on September 4th and 5th.
September 18th and 19th brings Mansfield Speedway’s Oktoberfest featuring FAST 410 Sprint Cars and Dirt Late Models, regardless of your allegiance as dirt fans to one side or the other of the debate, this is one event you won’t want to miss!

The 2026 Racing Season comes to a close with the first visit by the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series to Mansfield in over 30 years with the Buckeye Brawl at Mansfield Speedway. Part of a three day voyage across Ohio (also visiting Millstream Speedway on Thursday, October 8th, and Sharon Speedway on Saturday, October 10th), the Buckeye Brawl saves the best for last!

Mansfield Speedway has put one of the most exciting schedules in recent years for any track in the state of Ohio. The massive undertaking that Matt Tifft and his crew have taken on to revive the track from it’s half-torn down state at the beginning of June to preparing for the first racing season kicking off in April is an incredible feat.
