Top Row Racing Media, a Michigan based motorsports photographer, videographer and digital content creator established in 2022 is set to bring the action from middle Michigan to Speedway Action Magazine readers during the 2025 season, including video highlights and full race replays from select events.
“I’m really excited to work with Jim and the entire Speedway Action team as we work together to grow and expand both brands. The work speaks for itself and definitely caught my eye very early in 2024. When I went to Lorain in May, it was great to meet Jim and his dad at The Jackpot,” Noakes said.
Top Row Racing Media will also join the Speedway Action Magazine and Speedway Action Images team at a handful of events in 2025 including The Jackpot Natonals at The County and Trident Stock Car Nationals at Lorain Raceway Park along with the Buckeye Figure 8 Nationals at The Painesville Speedway.
“About a year ago, Randy Maggio Jr. reached out to me to come to Lorain for their two big events—The Jackpot and The Trident. Randy really liked the coverage that I bring, and to me that was really exciting to hear from a track promoter. Fortunately, one event worked, but there was a schedule conflict for The Trident,” stated Noakes.
Top Row Racing Media content will include race reviews from a handful of Michigan and Indiana tracks such as Kalamazoo and New Paris, with additional digital content being syndicated to Speedway Action Magazine that will include full race replays, highlight reels and in-car camera footage posted to their YouTube page.
“Our approach at Top Row Racing Media for our race day coverage is to have multiple layers from pre-race posts to event highlights and updates. Add that we have 24 cameras at our fingertips, and that gives fans and drivers multiple angles across the night—all of which we provide for free to watch and our cameras are free to use,” said Noakes.
Speedway Action Images will provide photos and race reviews for the Ohio events, which will be syndicated to the Top Row Racing Media social pages.
“I’m excited to bring Top Row Racing Media and Louis Noakes into the family of contributors for Speedway Action Magazine and to partner with him through both Speedway Action Magazine and Speedway Action Images” Jim Foose said. “The Top Row Racing Media team put out some of the best race videos and have set the standard for digital content at the local track level for all of us, this partnership not only grows our footprint to the State of Michigan, but also will grow Top Row’s footprint into Ohio, I’m excited about this partnership and collaboration.”
