With 29 OVSCA Sprint Cars in the pits at Wayne Co Speedway for the OVSCA “Ohio Dirt Blowout”. Danny Mumaw scored his first OVSCA feature win of the season as the OVSCA closes out its season. The night started off with Henry Malcuit setting the JDR Parts Barn and Sales LLC Fast Time. During qualifying Brandon Spithaler would take a nasty crash in turns 1+2. Spithaler would be ok but would be done for the evening. In heat race action it would be heat 1 winner TJ Michael, heat 2 Danny Mumaw, heat 3 Jordan Ryan, heat 4 Tyler Street.
In B main action it would be Josh Davis taking the win after having his wing side board collapsing in his heat race while running in a transfer position. Following Davis in the B to transfer was Rayce Jacobs, Dylan Kingan and Anthony Gaskins. Ronnie Myers from Pine Tree Towing would sponsor 2 Promoter choice it would now make it a 22 car A main.
In the A main it would be Danny Mumaw and Mike Keegan pacing the field to Green only to see Mike Keegan steering break and end his night on the parade lap. That would set up a Danny Mumaw and TJ Michael front row. At the green it would be TJ Michael jumping into the lead only to have Mumaw come back and take the top spot. As the race would progress it would see Wayne Mcpeek and Shawn Hubler get together coming off turn 4 around half way point. It would also collect B main winner Josh Davis with Hubler and Davis getting upside down with major damage to Davis car.
As the feature got back underway with Mumaw still in the top spot. Mumaw would see Tyler Street challenge for the lead to take the top spot briefly only to have Mumaw fight back and regain the top spot. At the end it would be Mumaw with the feature win followed by Henry Malcuit, Tyler Street, Jordan Ryan, and Bryan Nuckles rounding out the top 5. Also the OVSCA would crown Jamie Myers as the 2026 champion it would be Jamie Myers 3rd championship tying Danny Smith. Trinity Ramseyer would become the 2026 Rookie of the Year as Trinity did a good job against all the guys. Congratulations to everyone.
