(SOUTH AMHERST, OH) The Media Upfit Great Lakes Truck Tour will join the 48th Annual Hy-Miler Nationals on Fan Appreciation Night Thursday, July 24th. The event will mark the debut of the Media Upfit Great Lakes Truck Tour at the track, after a previously scheduled race was rained out June 21st.
“It’s exciting to be heading to Sandusky and I’m really happy that we will be a part of the Hy-Miler Nationals” said Randy Maggio Promoter of the Medina Upfit Great Lakes Truck Tour. “I owe a big thank you to Kevin Jaycox and Rich Lushes for hosting us as part of their biggest event of the year and hope we can become a mainstay as part of the Hy-Miler Nationals in the future”.
With just two races in the books, the Media Upfit Great Lakes Truck Tour is off to a good start, Brad Copen has swept the victories in 2025 (at Lorain Raceway Park and Painesville Speedway in May) but Bailey Defosse, Brian Taylor and Lindsey Fade are right on his tail heading into the summer months.
Joining the Medina Upfit Great Lakes Truck Tour on Fan Appreciation Night will be the Grand Nationals, Factory Stocks and Warriors along with the North Coast Oval Vintage Cars.
