The crew at Speedway Action Images will be hitting the road for 60+ scheduled events in 2026, including many new stops.
Building upon a successful 2025 season, Speedway Action Images will embark on a journey to photograph races across the region. The season will kick off February 28th at the Marion Coliseum in Marion, OH for indoor kart racing before the full size cars take over in March with our first visit to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway for the FAST 410 Sprint Cars opener followed by Michael’s Mercer Raceway’s Chiller Thriller.
The Outlaw 350 Supermodified Sprint Series will take the spotlight with five of their events on the schedule, including the final three in the run to the championship at Indiana’s Anderson Speedway.
A return to Mansfield Speedway opens up the month of May that will see eight scheduled events, seven of which are on dirt. The lone asphalt date in May will be the ARCA Menards Series at Toledo Speedway on May 16th.
Two events in two states are scheduled for August 1st, and a decision on which event to cover will be made at a later date. New Paris Speedway’s Summer Sizzler and Mansfield Speedway’s FAST 410 Sprint and Boss Sprint event occupy that date. August will see our first time covering the Super DirtCar Series Big Block Modifieds at Mansfield Speedway and Sharon Speedway for a mid-week doubleheader.
Plans are for us to cover our first “Little Guy Nationals” at Michael’s Mercer Raceway September 25th and 26th with a return to Mercer scheduled to open the month of October with the All Start Circuit of Champions on Friday, October 2nd. The Ohio Turnpike will get plenty of use that weekend as the crew will load up from Mercer Friday night and head to Toledo Speedway on Saturday, October 3rd for the USAC Silver Crown Series Championship Rollie Beale Classic.
The schedule is tentative and subject to change at anytime; weather forecasts, event cancellations, schedule conflicts, illness, and several other factors come into play with a traveling schedule.
