The 44th Annual Overwatch Precision Ohio Sprint Speedweek is heading into its highly anticipated finale, and it has already delivered everything we love about summer dirt track racing: career-defining victories, impossible comebacks, wild last-lap heroics, and the inevitable battle with Mother Nature.
As the All Star Circuit of Champions prepares for tonight’s $10,000-to-win closer, here is a look at how the 2026 Speedweek has shaken out so far.
Night 1: Mintz’s Masterclass at Attica

Friday, June 12 | Attica Raceway Park
Craig Mintz might not be running a full-time schedule these days, but when he shows up at Attica, the field needs to take notice. Early in the 35-lap feature, Cap Henry looked like the man to beat, building a commanding lead before getting bogged down in traffic. Following a lap-14 caution that shuffled the deck, Parker Price-Miller inherited the lead. But on the ensuing restart, Mintz—who started seventh—drove his machine deep under Price-Miller exiting Turn 2 to take the point. From there, he checked out, leading the final 21 laps to claim his third career All Star victory. Price-Miller held on for second, with Zeth Sabo rounding out the podium.
Night 2: A Breakthrough for Sabo at Sharon

Saturday, June 13 | Sharon Speedway
If Friday night teased Zeth Sabo’s speed, Saturday night cemented it. Sabo captured his first career All Star Circuit of Champions victory in thrilling fashion.
Starting fourth, Sabo wasted zero time. On the opening lap, he boldly drove past sprint car legends Tim Shaffer and Dale Blaney to slot into second. By lap three, he muscled past polesitter Ryan Newton to take the lead. Sabo controlled the pace, but late cautions set up a dramatic duel with “The Lowrider” himself, Dale Blaney. Despite Blaney applying immense pressure on the final restarts, Sabo held his nerve, driving away to a wildly popular breakthrough win. Blaney crossed the line second, followed by an impressive late charge from Leyton Wagner for third.
Night 3: Mother Nature Takes Millstream
Sunday, June 14 | Millstream Speedway
The momentum of the weekend hit a literal roadblock on Sunday as heavy rains moved into Findlay. The highly anticipated return to Millstream Speedway was washed out, giving teams an unexpected day off to wrench on their cars.
Night 4: Kalib Henry’s Miracle at Wayne County

Monday, June 15 | Wayne County Speedway
If you only watch one race replay from this year’s Speedweek, make it this one. Kalib Henry delivered what will undoubtedly go down as the “Move of the Year.”
Henry had worked his way to the lead early, but disaster struck with 22 laps remaining when his right rear tire gave up the ghost. Restarting at the tail of the field, Henry went on a masterful, aggressive charge through the pack. With just three laps to go, he had clawed all the way back to third. Ahead of him, Darin Naida and Brandon Spithaler were trading slide jobs for the lead. As the duo battled through Turns 3 and 4 coming to the checkered flag, Henry threaded the needle, passing both of them on the final corner to steal a jaw-dropping victory.
Night 5: The Eldora Washout

Tuesday, June 16 | Eldora Speedway
The prestigious Jack Hewitt Challenge at the “Big E” was slated to feature both winged and non-winged action, but severe weather once again threw a wrench into the schedule. Eldora was forced to cancel, marking the second rainout of the week and forcing a Wednesday open date for teams to dry out.
Night 6: Andrews Steals It at Waynesfield

Thursday, June 18 | Waynesfield Raceway Park
The high-banked, third-mile bullring at Waynesfield is notorious for tight-quarters racing, and Thursday night delivered a finish that had the grandstands shaking.
Chris Andrews stalked the leaders for much of the 30-lap feature. Coming to the white flag, Andrews was riding a strong second but looked like he might run out of time. However, as leader Bryce Lucius worked through the final corners, Andrews went where few dare. Keeping the throttle smashed to the floor, Andrews drove right around Lucius on the outside off Turn 4, winning the drag race to the start/finish line to score an electrifying victory.
Night 7: Cap Henry Conquers Fremont

Friday, June 19 | Fremont Speedway
After losing the lead in lapped traffic on Night 1 at Attica, Cap Henry was not going to let another one slip away. “The Track That Action Built” lived up to its moniker, but Henry put on a masterclass in race management to get to the front.
Starting back in seventh, Henry methodically picked his way through the top ten. He found his rhythm on the high side of the slicked-off oval, eventually tracking down the leaders and taking command of the 35-lap main event. The biggest challenge came as he navigated dense lapped traffic in the final ten laps, but Henry kept his composure, threading his way past the slower cars to capture a commanding win and ride a massive wave of momentum into the weekend.
Tonight’s Finale

The grueling test of man and machine concludes tonight. The $10,000-to-win Speedweek Finale is set to roar into life at Wayne County Speedway. If the first seven nights are any indication, we are in for an explosive final act to crown the 2026 Ohio Sprint Speedweek Champion.
